Beginning September 8, MLConnect subscribers will have a new portal to see and pay their bill online, as well as manage your account with alert notifications, services, and more. When the new portal is open, you'll need to register your account. The set up is easy, but we also want to support you through the process with these step-by-step tips:

Clicking on Pay My MLConnect Bill will take you here so you can Register for the first time.

To register your account, complete the following Register Account form using information from your last bill or the Las 4 of your DL or SSN to authenticate.

If the Account Number, Last Bill Amount (or Last 4 of DL or SSN) and the Phone Number match, you will receive the following message when you click on the Register button.

Next, click on the link in the email (which expires within 24 hours) and your online account will be activated.

Once logged in, you can make a payment, set up email billing, update account information, etc. by clicking on the links and following the prompts.
