Quality service is of the utmost importance to MLConnect; however, things out of our control can sometimes create issues. Such is the current situation where Bandwidth, our upstream service phone provider, is experiencing an outage. This is creating intermittent phone issues nationwide, including for MLConnect phone subscribers.
Be assured that our team is in continual contact with our upstream provider for updates and an estimated time of restoration. We are all exerting every effort to restore this in a timely manner. We completely understand the importance of reliable internet and phone service to both our residential and commercial accounts and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this outage is causing.
