Original Post December 27, 2020 - 7:30 p.m. - Centerville, TN: While repairs continue on main equipment in Nashville that affect MLConnect and our members using AT&T services, we are working locally to provide solutions until things return to normal.

PHONE LINES: Some local office numbers are working. Please use the numbers below until further notice. All offer the standard options for contacting MLConnect tech support, service inquiries, and payments:

  • Hickman: 931-622-9337 (temporary)
  • Houston: 931-716-4411 (temporary)
  • Humphreys: 931-296-2581 (regular)

PLEASE NOTE:  Internet service has returned to normal. If you experience an issue, please call the phone number listed above for your area and listen for options.

Please note that the temporary phone numbers do not carry the same capacity as our regular phone lines; therefore, you may receive a busy signal. Please be patient and try again.

“The impacts of the event that took place in downtown Nashville on Christmas have created a challenge for us in serving our members, but overcoming has had our full attention,” says MLEC President and CEO Keith Carnahan. “However, the most profound, lasting impact is on our Nashville neighbors facing personal loss and risking their safely on investigations and restorations. Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone.” ###
